By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, hereafter referred to as “Terms.” Please read and understand the Terms carefully before placing your order.

You may place orders for companies, commercial purposes, or personal use. We do issue VAT invoices for corporate orders.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms, but the version you accept at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction. Any changes will be reflected in the latest version of the Terms published on our website. Updates to the Terms will take effect from the moment you accept them, meaning each new purchase may be subject to revised Terms. We encourage you to revisit this page regularly for updates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, it will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

I. PRIVACY POLICY

The 3PhầnTư website does not sell, share, or exchange customers’ personal information collected on the site with any third party.

Collected personal data is used solely to provide products and services to customers.

II. PAYMENT INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY

1. Commitment to Security

The card payment system is provided by licensed Payment Gateway Partners operating legally in Vietnam. Accordingly, all card payment security standards on the website https://3phantu.com comply with industry security protocols.

2. Security Regulations

Transactions made via international cards and domestic cards (internet banking) follow the security standards set by our Payment Gateway Partners, including:

  • Customer financial data is protected during transactions using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol
  • PCI DSS (payment Card Industry data Security Standard) certification provided by Trustwave
  • One-time password (OTP) sent via SMS to verify account access
  • 128-bit MD5 encryption Standard
  • Compliance with financial and banking data protection regulations issued by the State Bank of Vietnam

The payment transaction privacy policy on https://3phantu.com applies to all customers:

  • the company uses token storage utilities — only encrypted strings provided by the payment Gateway Partner are stored. the company does not directly store Customer Card information. Card data Security is handled by the licensed payment Gateway Partner.
  • For international cards: Card information that could be used to initiate a transaction is not stored on the website’s system https://3phantu.com. IT is securely stored and managed by the payment Gateway Partner.
  • For domestic cards (internet banking): the company only stores the order ID, transaction code, and bank name. We are committed to strictly implementing all necessary security measures for every payment activity conducted on the e-commerce platform https https://3phantu.com

III. SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Time and Location

Before placing an order, you will be informed of available delivery methods for your shipping address, including estimated delivery times after your order is approved and the cost of each option. Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation via email or Zalo containing all relevant order and shipping details.

For purchases made on 3phantu.com, 3PhầnTư partners with delivery services such as Giao Hàng Nhanh and J&T Express.

Our operations team aims to deliver 95% of orders on time and efficiently. We operate two fulfillment centers:

  • Southern Hub: 93/22 Nguyễn Thị Tú, Bình Hưng Hoà B Ward, Bình Tân District, Ho Chi Minh City
    • Orders from the southern region are dispatched from this hub.
  • Northern Hub: 351 Ỷ La, Dương Nội Ward, Hà Đông District, Hanoi
    • Orders from Da Nang and northern regions are dispatched from this hub.

Average delivery times:

  • Inner-city Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 days from confirmation (excluding pre-orders or low-stock items, which may ship from other provinces — our Customer Service team will notify you). Delivery may be faster de
  • Other regions: 2–5 days (typically 2–4 days). If you haven’t received a delivery call within 3 days of ordering, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order does not arrive on time, please contact Customer Service and we will do our best to assist you.

2. Shipping Fees

Prices displayed on our online store include VAT as required by law, but exclude shipping fees. The total cost including shipping will be shown at checkout.

Please note that online store prices may differ from those in physical stores.

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout along with available delivery methods based on your address and selected items. If your order requires multiple shipments, you will only be charged once.

Free shipping applies to:

  • Orders valued at 300,000 VND or more
  • Members in the “Đồng chí” and “Cam kết” tiers, starting from the Order placed after tier upgrade

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, gifts, and other incentives. These offers are valid for a limited time and subject to specific terms. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. You must enter the discount code before completing your purchase for it to be applied.

3. Responsibility for Delivery Documentation

We are responsible for delivering all goods along with valid invoices and product documentation to the customer.

Note:

All orders are securely packaged and sealed by 3phantu.com before shipment.

Delivery partners are responsible for transporting goods in their original sealed condition.

Each package includes recipient details: name, phone number, address, and tracking code.

Recipient details include: name, phone number, delivery address, and tracking code.

To ensure product safety, we include a valid financial invoice or delivery slip in the parcel (if applicable).

These documents serve as proof for resolving complaints, verifying market value, and ensuring legal circulation of goods.

IV. PAYMENT POLICY

We offer the following payment methods on our website 3phantu.com:

  • Prepaid Options: Online payment via e-wallets such as Momo, VNPay, ZaloPay, QR code scanning, mobile banking apps, ATM cards, credit cards, debit cards, and interbank transfers.
  • Postpaid Option: Cash on Delivery (COD).

Bank Transfer: Available for customers who prefer this method.

V. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Enjoy free returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt. Simply follow the instructions to register and submit your return request. You can track your return order via the “Order Tracking” link provided in the return pickup notification email.

1. Types of Returns/Exchanges

3PhầnTư categorizes return and exchange requests as follows:

  • Full Return: Returning all purchased items
  • Partial Return: Returning one or more items from the order
  • Full Exchange: Returning all items and exchanging for different ones
  • Partial Exchange: Returning one or more items and exchanging for other items

Steps to return your order:

Step 1: Notify us of your return/exchange request by filling out the online form or contacting our Customer Service team.

Step 2: Choose your return/exchange type, provide your order code, phone number, return address, and bank account details (for refunds).

Step 3: Fill out the form and select a reason for return (e.g., wrong size, not suitable, changed mind, not as described, defective item).

Step 4: Pack the item(s) as you received them.

Step 5: Our Customer Service team will contact you to confirm the request.

Step 6: The delivery partner will call to confirm pickup time and location.

Step 7: The delivery partner collects the item(s) and sends them to 3PhầnTư.

Step 8: Receive your refund within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends) after confirmation.

Return Conditions:

  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact and free from damage or stains.

Additional Notes:

  • For purchases made via e-commerce platforms, 3PhầnTư follows the platform’s return policy. If the platform’s return window has expired, you may request support via 3phantu.com.
  • If an item is damaged, stained, faded, altered, or worn (beyond trial use), we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund equivalent to the reduced value.
  • For full or partial returns initiated by the customer, a shipping fee of 20,000 VND will be deducted from the refund.
  • Certain product lines under specific campaigns (e.g., Outlet, Deal Hunt) are not eligible for return/exchange. Details are clearly stated in each campaign.
  • 3PhầnTư reserves the right to refuse support for returns/exchanges and refunds if the item has been used, damaged, or if misuse of the policy is detected.
  • For exchanges where the new order value exceeds the original, customers must pay the difference via online payment or COD. If the new order value is lower, 3PhầnTư will refund the difference.
